The Ramakien Murals At The Grand Palace in Bangkok, Thailand And Classic Stories
One of the highlights for me, as a writer, of our visit to The Grand Palace in Bangkok, Thailand was viewing some of the Ramakien Murals.
Some, not all, because we only had a short time to explore and there are 178 massive murals to see.
My favorite part of the story was the kidnapping of the Princess by the love-struck Demon King and her rescue by her Prince.
It is very romantic, though I felt a little bad for the Demon King. I would have preferred that it be a romantic happy ending for ALL three beings. But that would have relayed a completely different message. (grins)
