The Dear Wonderful Hubby and I saw this clearly labelled tree while we were hiking and we had a good laugh about it.
The caution sign was likely added because people were bumping their heads on the tree’s trunk.
I like to believe this is a Steve, the male-eating plant ruler from North Bound, type of situation. This tree is dangerous. We have to keep our eyes on it, can’t get too close, or…we risk our lifespans.
The hills truly are alive…with the sounds of screaming. (grins)
