Interview With Lexi Post
I sat down (virtually) with Lexi Post for a short interview. Lexi Post’s latest release is Cruise into Eden, a SciFi Erotic Romance set on a cruise ship. Woot!!! The dear wonderful hubby and I LOVE cruising!
Cynthia Sax: What excites you about Cruise into Eden?
Lexi Post: What excites me the most about this story is the social constructs of the planet Eden These are only touched upon in this book, but from what is included, the reader can see this is a very different planet. For example, to wear clothes on Eden is to be rude. All women must have at least two husbands. All criminals are banished outside the city walls to live or die on their own. And in order for Eden men to receive portal chips, they must prove themselves morally worthy. Then there are other planet-wide rules that are specific to choosing, interacting and bonding with women. These were primarily written by an Earth woman who visited Eden back in the 19th Century. Her name was Emily Dickinson.
Cynthia Sax: Where did you get the idea for Cruise into Eden?
Lexi Post: I got the idea for this story from an Emily Dickinson poem called “Wild Nights! Wild Nights!” In some ways, this is not unique for me since I write erotic romance inspired by classic literature; however, I usually choose short stories and create a whole new modern day story that generally runs about 300 pages. One evening over drinks, my former editor challenged me to write short. When I told my agent this, she suggested I use a poem because I had yet to write a short romance. The poem, “Wild Nights! Wild Nights!” stood out from thousands of Dickinson poems because its subject matter is so passionate as opposed to what the poet is best known for which is all aspects of death. Since I like putting opposites together, such as classic literature and erotic romance, when I read the poem I just knew that Eden had to be another planet and Emily Dickinson, the recluse, must have visited it. And so not only was a novella born, but a whole series.
Cynthia Sax: Where is Cruise into Eden set?
Lexi Post: I set the story on a nude Caribbean cruise. This was necessary. Since Edenists are used to being naked, I had to bring them somewhere where the heroine would expect them to be so, otherwise she might run screaming in the opposite direction. That meant I had to find a way to get my heroine, who had never even thought of being nude in front of other people, onto this cruise. Luckily, these cruises aren’t actually called “nude” cruises. They are called “clothing optional” cruises which means that it was perfectly understandable for Erin to board the ship expecting to wear clothes throughout the trip. It was very freeing for me as well as the writer because I didn’t have to continually describe what everyone was wearing. They were wearing nothing! I found this an exciting setting because there are many rules to a nude cruise which were fun to incorporate for a realistic feel. Also, it was great to show Erin’s struggle with being nude in public, and the heroes, Ware and Nase, being completely baffled by her shyness.
Cynthia Sax: Is Cruise into Eden a series and will you be writing more stories in this series?
Lexi Post: Cruise into Eden is the first in the Eden series. I wanted the first book to not only show Erin getting used to being nude, but also show one way in which the men of Eden connect with their chosen women from Earth. The next book in the series Unexpected Eden, will also be based on an Emily Dickinson poem, but except for the first chapter, the entire book will take place on the planet. Ware, Nase, and Erin will be a part of this one as well, but the focus is on three Eden men, Jahl, Sandale, and Khaos and their woman. I’m hoping that my readers will fall in love with Eden as much as I have.
Thank you, Lexi Post, for joining us today!

Interview With Zenobia Renquist
I sat down (virtually) with Zenobia Renquist for a short interview. Zenobia Renquist’s latest release is Wine Service (Professional Courtesy 1), a Contemporary Erotica with BDSM AND Menage.
Cynthia Sax: Where did you get the idea for Wine Service?
Zenobia Renquist: The theme of the series actually led to the idea for this story. I wanted a non-secretary-esque job where a woman might find herself entangled in a sexual relationship during work hours. A few ideas came to mind, but hotel housekeeper got the first spot in the line up. I was going to start with a different story about a hypno-therapist and his IT person but it grew to the point of becoming its own series. Plus I didn’t want to start two series with hypnosis. The other being the High Relief Series.
Cynthia Sax: How does Wine Service start?
Zenobia Renquist: Lexie is about to punch the clock and head home after a long day of running to and fro doing her job. She’s ready to strip down and put her feet up but a coworker and friend asks for a favor—cover the last hour of her shift because she has a family emergency. Lexie agrees and ends up being sent to a VIP’s room on a mystery errand.
I started the story there because most readers can sympathize with the end-of-the-day clock watch feeling. A lot of readers can also sympathize with being steps away from the time clock when the boss (or someone else) clock-blocks (teehee) with another task or an urgent favor or something that will delay escape.
Cynthia Sax: Where is Wine Service set?
Zenobia Renquist: The story is set in an unnamed five-star hotel in an undisclosed city. I’m not big on details like that, mostly because I don’t want some hotel coming after me. The setting is exciting because one of the hotel housekeepers is indulging in some extracurricular activity while on the clock and constantly scared she’ll get caught.
Cynthia Sax: Is Wine Service part of a series and will you be writing more stories in this series?
Zenobia Renquist: Most definitely. The titles are stand alone but some of the characters will know each other. For instance, Lexie’s boss Franceska is the aunt of the main character in the next book I have planned.
Thank you, Zenobia Renquist, for joining us today!

She offers satisfaction above and beyond what is requested.
Lexie’s job as a housekeeper at a five-star hotel doesn’t normally include the unique and risqué form of room service that important hotel guest Mr. Malena has requested, nor the generous tip he’s offered. Lexie can’t resist, and what should have been a one-time thing turns into an introduction into the sensual world of customer satisfaction. She finds much enjoyment in her “work,” but is it worth risking her job?

Interview With Tina Donahue
I sat down (virtually) with Tina Donahue for a short interview. Tina Donahue’s latest release is Make Me Surrender, her steamy contribution to the Brought to His Knees boxed set.
Cynthia Sax: What makes Travis and Dutch sexy?
Tina Donahue: All of the books in Brought to His Knees are about Alpha males brought down by love. Personally, I can’t think of anything more delicious than a commanding guy who meets his match in a woman he can’t live without.
In Make Me Surrender, Travis and Dutch aren’t looking for love or any kind of commitment. Sweet Mercy waltzes into their lives and they don’t know what hit them. It’s awesome.
Cynthia Sax: What is your favorite line from Make Me Surrender?
Tina Donahue: At the very beginning when Mercy says to Dutch and Travis, “I have a proposition.”
Like I said before, Travis and Dutch won’t know what hit them. They’ve known Mercy for a year and paid little attention to her, considering her more of a friend or a little sister type. Mercy has other plans. She’s wanted these tough guys from the beginning and is determined to make them notice and want her.
Cynthia Sax: Where did you get the idea for Make Me Surrender?
Tina Donahue: It just came to me like all my other stories. I can be grocery shopping, driving, having lunch with friends and suddenly I see scenes in my head and the characters interacting. Basically, I write down what I see and the story progresses from there.
Cynthia Sax: How does Make Me Surrender start?
Tina Donahue: The story begins with Travis and Dutch coming into Fast Fill, one of those gas/groceries stores everyone’s familiar with. Mercy works there. She knows there’s an opening in Travis’s saloon and considers it her best chance to work with and be near him and Dutch. Make Me Surrender gets right to the core of Mercy’s greatest desire. She wants these guys badly and is determined to make them notice her once and for all.

Interview With Kathy Kulig
I sat down (virtually) with Kathy Kulig for a short interview. Kathy Kulig’s latest release is Nightlord Lover, a sexy vampire menage erotic romance.
Cynthia Sax: What makes Garrick and Ramon so freakin’ sexy?
Kathy Kulig: There are two heroes in NIGHTLORD LOVER because this is a ménage story. Garrick can be described as the warrior vampire, a mysterious and muscular predator. And Ramon is the sorcerer vampire with special powers. He’s sleek and wild like a rock star. Both are strong and fierce when it comes to protecting and pursuing Larissa. They’re intent on claiming her, but not against her will. The only problem is, there are others who would claim her at any time, given the opportunity, even destroy her. Of course, Garrick and Ramon are hot, as vampires usually are.
Cynthia Sax: What is one thing you absolutely love about Nightlord Lover?
Kathy Kulig: I love the setting for this book. New Hope, PA. It’s a historical, colonial village along the Delaware River. There are many old homes, shops and restaurants here. It’s also known as one of the most haunted places in the world. I also like the magical element in this story and the symbiotic relationship mortal and immortals have that makes the town thrive until the rebels gets greedy.
Cynthia Sax: What is your favorite line from Nightlord Lover?
Kathy Kulig: A favorite line that comes to mind is in the opening paragraph. I plan to start this intro. paragraph for each book to set the tone. It’s the internal thoughts of one of the vampires from the New Hope Guild. I’ll let the readers see if they can guess who it is. The line is: “Eternal nights awaken the sensual hunger that drives me into the shadows, searching for the one to end the agony and fill the need.”
Cynthia Sax: Where did you get the idea for Nightlord Lover?
Kathy Kulig: I’ve been to the real New Hope, PA many times and learned about the history, stayed in a couple bed and breakfasts (both claim to be haunted), and took the ghost tour. There truly is a hitchhiking ghost like I have in the story. I always felt it would be a great setting for a vamp story. While hubby and I stayed at one of the B & B’s, we learned about a hidden tunnel under this huge Victorian house that was built in the 1700s. The tunnel was part of the Underground Railroad that was used to rescue slaves and help them to freedom. This tunnel was found while the owners of the B & B decided to do some construction. They stopped the construction to preserve the tunnel.
The tunnel ran from a trap door beneath a gazebo in the yard to the basement of the house. As the writer, I thought what if there were dozens of tunnels like this all around the village connecting stores, businesses and homes? Vampires could travel underground in these tunnels during the day. And what if there was a tunnel that crossed beneath the Delaware River? In my story there is a council of vampire slayers who live in peace across the river. But not for long. All this musing created the beginning of Nightlord Lover

Warrior vampire Garrick Labar guards the secrets of the Guild. His comrade–vampire and sorcerer Ramon Travere–enforces the uneasy alliance between mortals and immortals. When Larissa Devine moves into town, both Garrick and Ramon are mesmerized and enraptured by her. They crave to claim her as their crimson swan and lover. But a new arrival is fair game and if they don’t claim her first, a band of renegades will.
Larissa finds a blistering-hot ménage with her protectors too intoxicating to resist. The immortals can’t deny their sexual attraction for her and sense her blood pulsing hot and furious when they’re close. Erotic desires thrust her into a world of danger and seduction. When the renegade vampires attempt to destroy a hundred years of peace, Larissa is caught in the crossfire. Eternal love and carnal nights can be her future if she survives.

Writing Ménages Versus Writing Love Triangles
Sinful Rewards, my 12 novella serial from Avon Impulse (the first story releasing in July), is a love triangle, NOT a ménage. The two possible heroes do NOT have sex with each other. They do not sleep in the same bed with the heroine. They are extremely possessive men and they do not share anything or anyone.
I’ve written both ménages and love triangles. They are very different kinds of stories.
How are they different?
A ménage is about having both men (or women or androids or whatever ménage structure I’m writing – grins). These stories normally revolve around acceptance and tolerance, needing all three (or more) beings to complete a relationship unit. Each being in the relationship is different yet they typically have the same values, the same view of their future. They have the same vision of a happy ending and when combined, they’re stronger, better, happier, more able to achieve this destiny.
A love triangle, in contrast, is about choice, about making a life-changing decision (or collection of decisions). This decision leads the heroine (in this case, Bee) down one of two paths. These paths don’t intersect. They go in different directions, never meeting.
There’s no shared view of the future in a love triangle. If Nicolas is happy in this future, Hawke will be unhappy. If Hawke is happy, Nicolas will be unhappy. When the men are together, they’re less than, not more. They’re diminished by each other’s company. One of them is always compromising, always unhappy.
This is why it’s not possible to include even one ménage scene in Sinful Rewards. Bee can’t have Nicolas AND Hawke. In SciFi terms, they don’t exist in the same universe.
This doesn’t mean we can’t fantasize about a Nicolas-Bee-Hawke sandwich. (grins) Goodness knows I have!

Sinful Rewards 1
Cynthia Sax
Belinda “Bee” Carter is a good girl; at least, that’s what she tells herself. And a good girl deserves a nice guy—just like the gorgeous and moody billionaire Nicolas Rainer. He is everything she wants in a man.
Or so she thinks, until she takes a look through her telescope and sees a naked, tattooed man on the balcony across the courtyard. Hawke is mysterious, the bad boy she knows will bring only heartbreak. He has been watching her, and that makes him all the more enticing.
But when a mysterious and anonymous text message dares her to do something bad, she must decide if she is really the good girl she has always claimed to be, or if she’s willing to risk everything for her secret fantasy of being watched.
Is her mystery man the reclusive billionaire with a wild side or the darkly dangerous bad boy?

Interview With Jennifer Kacey
I sat down (virtually) with Jennifer Kacey for a short interview. Jennifer Kacey writes hot erotic romances for Ellora’s Cave and her latest release is Together in Cyn. Yeah. BEST TITLE EVER!
Cynthia Sax: Where is Together in Cyn set?
Jennifer Kacey: This story, and the entire series, is set in The Library. A members only BDSM club owned by Chris and Jared Kennedy, who are the heroes of Together in Cyn. The Library is a four story building filled with everything your naughty heart could possibly desire. Each of the owners/members/employees have a story. A secret desire…a confession they must unearth the strength to reveal. Each must accept themselves for what is truly inside, and embrace the fact that vanilla will never be their flavor of choice. I love the staid and snooty name for the club. Who’s going to question you when you say, “I’m going to The Library”? It’s unexpected and I LOVE that! (Minor confession – I’ve always wanted to own a club in a college town named The Library. This way I could “own” it and not have any overhead. Best of both worlds!)
Cynthia Sax: What creates conflict between Cyn, Jared and Chris?
Jennifer Kacey: Cyn has been in love with her best friends for…forever. But she can’t pick just one of the brothers, and she needs more than just missionary in the dark. But she’s convinced it can’t work out, so what does she do? She writes it all down in her diary. Locked away, never to see the light of day. Until Jared accidentally grabs it from her nightstand, and he and Chris read every…last…word. What she wants, she tried with another man and it left her shaken and scared. The guys know something happened, because there are pages missing in her diary. They want her to trust them completely with the truth of what keeps her up at night, but Chris has a back full of scars he never talks about. They each have darkness in their past they have to come to terms with, and make a full time ménage relationship work as well. Yes Please!
Cynthia Sax: Is Together in Cyn part of a series and will you be writing more stories in this series?
Jennifer Kacey: This is a series! Yea!! The series is called Members Only. Yummy, huh? I’ve got my editor to thank for that one! Together in Cyn is the first of 10…yeah I really did say 10!! Seriously, cloud nine and I are very well acquainted! Book Two is Haleigh’s Ink and is between Kyle, Scott and Haleigh. This one is an MMF. Book Three is a Christmas Quickie titled A Very Ménage Christmas and involves Skye, Jackson and Nick. These will both be published later this year. Thankfully both are fully written and I’m in edits for them as I type. Book Four is what I’m currently working on and that one is Jenna’s Consent. This will be between Jenna, Nick and Ian and I’m SOOO excited to write their story! I say that about every book, but this one seriously speaks to me. Then six more after that. One MM, one New Adult which may actually turn out to be the harshest of all the books, funny how those things work out. Ooh ooh ooh and Book Six is Dawning Skye, which is between Skye, Jackson and Bradford, who won’t be introduced until Book Four. The series is all mapped out. In my head and on paper thank heavens!
Cynthia Sax: What do you love about writing erotic romance?
Jennifer Kacey: The Sex. I love that I can write as much sex as I want into my stories. It doesn’t have to all be sugary and sweet. It can be no-holds-barred crazy monkey sex and someone out there is going to think, “Damn, now I need crazy monkey sex!” That is awesome!!!!! Ooh! And I don’t have to write just about one couple either. In Together in Cyn, Chris and Jared hook up with Cyn A LOT. Jenna gets to play with Cyn. Plus, I introduce everyone to Scott and Kyle, which are the two hero’s in Book Two – Haleigh’s Ink. And by “introduce” I mean have smokin hot, bend him over the side of the couch, kind of hi-how-are-ya. Anything goes, and that is unbelievably wonderful to write.
Cynthia Sax: What is your favorite line from Together in Cyn?
Jennifer Kacey: Okay don’t hate me I had to answer this one too, but I’ll keep it short (ish)! My favorite line. My first line. “So Cyn why aren’t you fucking anybody?” It sets the tone of the entire series not just this one. It’s harsh, and inquisitive and I totally got to write fuck into the first line. How cool is that?!? And it’s the first. The first sentence anyone will know me for. Know my stories, hopefully love my characters as much as I do. It’s humbling, and exciting, and I’m absolutely thrilled to be doing what I’m doing!
Thank you, Jennifer Kacey, for joining us today!

She knows it’s wrong. Cyn shouldn’t have feelings for fraternal twins Jared and Chris, her best friends. She shouldn’t want them to tie her up or strap her down, to take her one at a time—or together. The only way to control her taboo desires is to write them down and lock them away in her diary. Guys like Jared and Chris could never be interested in someone like her, or in the kind of sex she craves.
But Jared and Chris have read her diary, and sweet little Cyn is in for the shock of her life. The brothers not only own a members-only BDSM club, they want her. Need her. And now, with their unlimited funds and an entire establishment devoted to fulfilling her darkest pleasures, they’re going to claim Cyn for their own.
Inside Scoop: If you have a kink, this book probably has it too. If you like your ménage romances extra hot with a side of male-male romance, spanking, voyeurism and girl-on-girl action, come and get it.

Interview With Tina Donahue
I sat down (virtually) with Tina Donahue for a short interview. Tina Donahue writes hot erotic romances for Ellora’s Cave and her latest release is Illicit Intent, Book Three in her wonderful Appointment with Pleasure series.
Cynthia Sax: What makes Joel and Guy sexy?
Tina Donahue: Their craving for Piper as a woman they not only hunger for, but one they like and respect before their carnal games. They accept her for who she is. Piper isn’t beautiful by any means. She certainly doesn’t consider herself drool-worthy even if Joel and Guy do. I believe that’s because they like her personality first of all…they enjoy her as a friend. A woman they can talk to and share their dreams with. They’re alphas, sure, (especially between the sheets, or in the shower, or the Jacuzzi) but Piper’s sweet vulnerability make them want to give her all that they can…to protect and cherish her. Now, that’s sexy.
Cynthia Sax: Will you be writing more stories in your Appointment with Pleasure series?
Tina Donahue: Illicit Intent is book three in my Appointment with Pleasure series. There will definitely be more books. I love the characters, including Ronnie, the lady who owns the escort agency and Alexa, the young woman whose wicked love affair with Hunt started it all. In book one, Alexa was Magique, a call girl who changed Hunt’s world. Unable to resist her, Hunt didn’t stop until she was his alone. Wow.
Cynthia Sax: What one piece of advice would you give new writers?
Tina Donahue: Learn your craft. Don’t submit anything to an agent or a publisher unless you’re absolutely certain it’s the best it can possibly be. Editors won’t teach you how to write. If your manuscript is a mess, they won’t take the time to whip it into shape. There’s simply too many other writers who know their craft and will make their editor’s life easy. No matter what critics say about anyone being able to write a romance, don’t you believe it. It’s extremely difficult to get emotions down on a page and make them believable. Sex scenes are also hard (excuse the pun) to write. There’s only so many ways someone can do ‘it’. You have to be extremely inventive while also making it realistic and romantic. No easy task.
Cynthia Sax: What do you love about writing contemporary erotic romances?
Tina Donahue: I write contemporary, historical, ménage, suspense, paranormal, so I’ll tell you what I most love about writing romance—any type of romance. The deep POV, getting inside my characters’ heads and hearts. I love the HEAs, especially after my characters have gone through so much to be together. I’ve had reviewers and fans say they were so moved by my stories and characters, they’ve wept, laughed, sighed – they recalled the stories months after they read them. That’s the best gift of all. To know you’ve moved someone. That your characters were real enough that the reader didn’t want the story to end.
Thank you, Tina Donahue, for joining us today!
Tina Donahue’s Website: http://www.tinadonahue.com/

What’s your wildest erotic wish?
For Piper, that’s easy. Two alpha males who ravish her and find her curves beyond luscious. She knows her type isn’t for every man—certainly not Guy and Joel, right? Guy’s tall, dark and sinfully virile. Joel’s blond and bronzed. They’re freaking sex gods, escorts her friend hired so Piper’s thirtieth birthday is unforgettable.
Their carnal games awaken Piper’s sensuality, while her voluptuous figure and sweet vulnerability fuel both men’s animal hunger.
One evening of decadent pleasure isn’t enough. Piper aches to perform ménage acts with them for clients who like curvy women. A wicked idea, except for her family’s ties with law enforcement, the threat of exposure.
Is her threesome worth the risk?

Wayback Wednesday: Barb and the Barbarians
Barb and the Barbarians was written for my good buddy Bad Barb. As Bad Barb likes menages plus, this story explores the relationship between a woman and FIVE barbarian men.
Barb and the Barbarians is set on a Bermuda Triangle type of island where different time periods are mixed together. Barb is a modern woman who was swept off the balcony of a cruise ship. Her barbarians come from prehistoric times, as does the saber-toothed tiger.
I’ve always been fascinated with the Bermuda Triangle. I’ve read many of the legends surrounding it and have sailed past it many times. I haven’t yet seen anything freaky but I keep my eyes and mind open.

Interview With N.J. Walters
I sat down (virtually) with N.J. Walters for a short interview. N.J. Walters writes hot time travel romances for Ellora’s Cave and her latest release is Strands of Love. I absolutely adore N.J. She not only is a talented writer but she’s a huge supporter of new writers.
Cynthia Sax: Where did you get the idea for Strands of Love?
N.J. Walters: The Tapestries series originally began back in 2005 because I wanted to try my hand at writing a ménage at trois story. I had a heroine in mind but didn’t know what her story was going to be. About the same time, I ran across a book on Medieval tapestries and the two ideas came together. I decided that there would be a tapestry infused with magic, one that would take single, unattached women to another world, one where they have the potential to thrive. But their choice of whether to remain with the warriors of Javara or return home to their own world wouldn’t always be an easy one.
With Strands of Love I wanted to shake things up a bit. So this time, not only does the heroine travel to Javara, but the two warrior brothers end up on a modern day Texas farm. It was interesting to see how they reacted when plucked from their world and thrust into an entirely new one. Up until now, it’s basically been the women doing all the adjusting. Now all of them need to search their hearts to decide what they truly want out of life.
Cynthia Sax: Why does Strands of Love start where it does? ?
N.J. Walters: The story opens with the heroine Samantha Calloway at the bank trying to get a loan. Both her parents have died in the past few years and her brother was killed while serving overseas. She’s the last Calloway and determined to hold on to her family legacy—the farm that’s been in her family for several generations. And she’s willing to do whatever it takes to make that happen.
Sam is no stranger to hard work and challenges. Her entire life has been about working the land alongside her family until one by one they are all gone. Now the bank has turned her down for a much needed loan, her fast-talking, cheating ex is trying to get her to sell, and she’s discovered two strange men wandering her land. Sam’s life just got a whole lot more interesting and complicated.
I started the story here because it shows that Sam has a deep connection to her home and community. That makes her choices later on all the harder.
Cynthia Sax: What creates conflict between Sam, Darian and Jace?
N.J. Walters:The conflict comes from several different places. When Sam finds herself in Javara she won’t believe she’s in another world and thinks Darian and Jace have kidnapped her. They have to get her to believe what they are telling her is the truth and help her understand the magic of the tapestry—they have three days until it reappears and she must choose either them or her home. Then there is the fact that both Jace and Darian are competing sexually for her favor. In Javara women are scarce and brothers must share, but only one of them can marry her and claim the children as his own.
There is conflict among the brothers as well, especially because in this book there is a twist and they end up in Sam’s world for a time. They are faced with hard choices—their loyalty to their land and their family and their growing love for Sam.
Cynthia Sax: Will there be more stories in the delicious Tapestries series?
N.J. Walters: Strands of Love will probably be the last Tapestries book. I hadn’t originally planned on writing a series when I wrote the first book—Christina’s Tapestry—but I fell in love with the characters and the land of Javara and couldn’t stop. But I think that after seven books it’s time to end it. It’s hard to do because I love writing the Tapestries stories so much, and I know readers love them too.
Thank you, N.J. Walters, for joining us today!

Seventh in the Tapestries series.
Samantha Calloway is desperately working to keep her farm from financial ruin. It’s the only thing she has left from her deceased family and she’s determined to make it a success at any cost.
Darian and Jace Hunter live in a world where women are in short supply and brothers must share. The magic tapestry has always brought a potential tapestry bride to Javara, but this time it transports the two brothers to a strange land.
When Samantha finds two strangers on her land she doesn’t believe their stories of magic tapestries and other worlds. But when she suddenly finds herself in Javara, she doesn’t know what to believe. And when the tapestry transports them all back to her farm, Sam has a choice. She must decide if she will be true to her family and their legacy or if she will abandon it all for a chance at love.
