Fountain Of Youth And Siblings
Spoiler Alert – This post will talk about Fountain Of Youth and it WILL contain spoilers. If you haven’t yet watched this sibling adventure movie, you might wish to skip this post.
The Dear Wonderful Hubby and I recently watched Fountain Of Youth, an Indiana Jones-like adventure movie featuring two siblings searching for that famed ‘miracle cure to aging’.
The siblings are MIDDLE AGED, which makes Fountain Of Youth fairly unique in the movie world.
It doesn’t make it unique in the romance novel world. (grins) We LOVE our grown siblings. The parents might often be dead but our heroes, for example, usually have gazillion of brothers all destined to find love.
Other than future story bait, siblings tend to serve another important purpose.
They show the main character can love another person and they can maintain a fairly health relationship over years.
This is a key revelation for reassuring us their new romantic relationship will last also. They will have their romantic happy ever after.
It is also fun. (grins) Siblings tend to tease even the most serious characters and they show a side of our heroes and heroines the love interest wouldn’t otherwise easily see.

Reviews are important. They help readers find the best stories for them. And some booksellers reward stories that have reviews by giving them extra visibility on their sites.

I read ALL the reviews on my stories. I have rhino skin, have built up a tolerance for criticism. And I don’t read reviews until my fresh writing for the day is done. I also don’t read reviews when I’m feeling fragile.

Cynthia Sax Weekly Update – December 26th
I received a gazillion romance novels as gifts from my eldest brother. Reading those books and spending time with the Dear Wonderful Hubby are the only two items on my to-do list this upcoming week. (grins) Yep, life is good.

Cyborg Unity
I’ve decided upon a series name for the next part of the cyborg saga (starting with Provoking Odium in June).
The name of the new series will be Cyborg Unity. (grins)
Yes, that’s a hint as to what will happen in Seizing Power (releasing in February) between the two cyborg factions.
Amanda Kelsey, my amazing cover artist, has designed the above symbol for this series. I love it. It has a balanced, yin and yang feel to it, yet is very much SciFi. This symbol will appear on the covers of the books in this series.
