I’m a pantser. I don’t know what I’ll write until I sit down at the computer and start typing.
3)When cooking or baking, do you follow the recipe exactly or wing it?
The first time I make a dish, I’ll follow the recipe. After that, I’ll tweak it.
4) What is next for you after this book?
I’m working on Henley’s story. Readers meet Henley in He Claims Me, the third and final story in The Seen Trilogy.
5) Last Question…on a level of one being slightly naughty to ten being whoo whoo steamy, where does your book land?
I write erotic romance so all of my stories are solid tens!

Steak Kebab Marinade
Ingredients
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
12 ounces of boneless beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
(if your beef is the cheap cuts like I use, consider doubling the amount of marinade you make and marinading the beef longer)
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Add beef, coating completely, and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
That’s it. That’s all. It is ready to be put on skewers (for veggies, you can add mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, green peppers, and onions) and placed on the barbecue!
