There is always much discussion about Happy Ever Afters or Happy For Nows and Romance Novels.
My stance is…
My stories ALWAYS have a Romantic Happy Ever After for the main couple (or more).
Everyone else is at risk.
I place the focus on Romantic because the world won’t be all sunshine and rainbows at the end of the story. In the Cyborg Romance world, for example, the Humanoid Alliance will continue to do bad things. Not every cyborg warrior will find their genetic match. Beings will die.
The main couple (or more) plus past main couples (or more) are the only truly ‘safe’ beings in the stories. Others are at risk. I hope none of the other cyborgs will die. Crash And Burn really hurt me as a writer. But I can’t guarantee that.
I CAN guarantee that main couples (or more) and past main couple (or more) will be safe. They will enjoy their Romantic Happy EVER Afters. Their love will last forever.
