Seizing Power, the 5th core story in the Rebel Cyborgs series (releasing on Tuesday or Monday night if you’ve pre-ordered it), is a cyborg romance you’ll enjoy more if you’ve read other stories in the series.
It features a cast of thousands. (grins) Many former couples (or more) make brief appearances in this story. Rage and Joan, from my very first cyborg romance – Releasing Rage, show up for a snippet, for example. Vector, Kasia, and the crew of the Reckless, the ‘stars’ of the Cyborg Space Exploration series, are featured. There are many, many other cameos.
New readers should be able to enjoy the story but series readers like you will REALLY enjoy it. Seizing Power is truly a love letter to you.
The stories you might wish to re-read first are, of course, the stories in the Rebel Cyborgs series. This series has been building to Seizing Power.
If you have time (laughs), you might wish to re-read at least one story in the Cyborg Space Exploration series to remind yourself of those characters.
Heck, consider re-reading any of your favorite stories in my series. The odds are good characters from it will appear in Seizing Power. (grins)

Seizing Power
This cyborg believes he’s in control.
Power is the self-appointed leader of the cyborg council. Other members might debate situations. He makes the ultimate decisions.
When a threat to Homeland is revealed, he takes command of a fleet and ventures to the edge of cyborg-controlled space to investigate. He finds a rebellion led by a mysterious upstart he calls Cadet.
