Muse Food – Fireworks
Watching fireworks always inspires me to write really intense, action-packed space battle scenes.
The sounds of the fireworks detonating, the explosions, the colors, the falling to the ground of the ‘debris’ – it is all awesome muse food.
I usually get so wrapped up in imagining the scenes I forget to take photos of the fireworks. (sheepish grin)

Strive For Forever
This cyborg seeks to vanquish an ancient entity and save his curvy human female.

Fireworks And Other Explosions
I often look at photos of fireworks before writing an explosion scene (one of my favorite scenes to write – grins). The bursts of light often inspire me.
The Dear Wonderful Hubby took these photos while attending the Calgary Stampede.
The pops of color are super exciting.
This makes me think of a firefight in space. (smiles)

Fireworks In Chicago
Since today is July 4th, a celebration in the US, and Tuesday was Canada Day, I thought I’d share some of my fireworks photos from one of my July 4ths spent in Chicago.

We stood near Buckingham Fountain, yes, the same fountain featured in Married With Children. There were SO many people.
Unfortunately, there were also lights and bit of rain.
The dear wonderful hubby and I had a wonderful time though. As my grandma used to say “I’m not made of sugar. I won’t melt.” And I didn’t (grins).
Bee, Nicolas and Hawke from Sinful Rewards will, of course, be spending July 4th in Chicago. Hawke will be watching the fireworks from his balcony. Our bad boy doesn’t intend to wear clothes. Nicolas will be sitting in his tiny park, a phone pressed against one ear. Bee and her best friend Cyndi will be taking turns using the new telescope Cyndi purchased. Cyndi has stocked up on jellybeans from her family’s plant. Bee will make some snacks.
